Refund policy
I still haven't received my order after several days. Can I cancel the order?
If the order hasn't left our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue a refund.
If it's in transit to its destination, you must wait to receive it and process the return.
I have received fewer envelopes. How can I proceed?
Please tell us how many envelopes you are missing and we will check with the warehouse team. If we have sent fewer envelopes, we can either refund you or send you a replacement.

I have received damaged envelopes. How can I proceed?
Please contact us with photos of the damaged envelopes with the quantity. Please note that the recovery period is 14 calendar days after receiving the envelopes. If you contact us outside of this period, we will not be able to offer you a solution.
How does the return policy work?
You have 14 calendar days from the time you receive the package to inform us by email that you want to return your order (either all or part of it).
We will provide you with a return code which you must place somewhere visible on the package. You have another 14 days to send us the package. Please note that the cost of the shipping costs is at your expense.
As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to your return.
